Grown in the Eastern Highlands of Papua-New Guinea, our offering from the Baroida Estate will astound you with it's richly smooth, yet medium body. Cinnamon and Nutmeg aromas abound and come through in the flavor too.
Subtly wild, other distinguishable notes include hints of red apple and chocolate with a slightly wine-fruit taste.
The plantation itself is at about 1700 meters amongst thousands of acres of cleared land with former colonial coffee estates surrounding them. These estates are now run by native landowners.
Coffee farmers in the region employ sustainable, organic cultivation techniques and take tremendous pride in their produce!
