Costa Rica El Conquistador

Our Costa Rica El Conquistador comes from a small coop in the valley of the Dota sub-region of Tarrazú. Coopedota is a coop made up of 700 families near the remote town of Santa Maria de Dota who come together to meticulously harvesting process this special coffee in the bowl shaped valley.

Grown at altitudes of 1200-1900 MASL*, the beans are very dense and possess incredible flavors. In the final cup, El Conquistador is well balanced with notes of lush tropical fruit and bittersweet chocolate, and has a smooth pronounced body and wine-like acidity.
