We stand behind all of our coffees and products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation with you.
Our general policy is that with products in new and unused condition, please contact us with 7 days after receipt to notify us that you will be returning the item and we will issue you a full refund for the product price and any applicable taxes immediately as soon as the product arrives in the same new and unused condition. We recommend you insure the delivery if the item is breakable.
For damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can schedule a return pickup and a replacement for the same product will be sent. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
