There are several cold-brew (Toddy) brewer models available and you can see some of them for yourself on Amazon. Though I’ve never really been a big cold-brewing method fan, I’m intrigued by this GQ article because it could make the traditional French Press even more versatile.
Since we use the “Cadillac” of coffee presses, the Bodum Colombia, in the shop, I’m going to take it home and try making some cold-brewed iced coffee as described in the article. I’ll report my findings in Pt. 2.
