This stovetop vacuum brewer from Yama works on gas and electric rangetops, and comes with a wire diffuser for use on electric coil burners. The Yama Stovetop Vacuum Brewer comes in two sizes: a 40-ounce (8 European cup) size, and a 22-ounce (5 European cup) size. Both are made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass and have a black heat-resistant handle.

This model from Yama includes a lid for the upper chamber that doubles as a stand for the upper chamber when it is removed in order to serve the brewed coffee.
