This cold dripper from Hario is both ornamental and functional, and it produces exceptional coffee. The slowly dripping cold water produces coffee low in acidity, bitterness and astringency while extracting the best aroma and flavor. After adjusting the metal valve below water reservoir which controls the water drip, the coffee flows through the included stainless steel filter, resulting in a clean, rich brew.
