This is an exceptional pour-over brewer from Hario. Pour-over brewing is very hands-on, because it allows you to control the brewing time and temperature and to achieve extremely precise extraction results. 

This V60 ceramic brewer has several unique features that optimize coffee flavor extraction: the angle of the cone, the curved inner spiral ridges and the large hole in the bottom. The curved ridges on the inside of the brewer aid in controlling the interaction between water and coffee grounds.
